Minister Angie Motshekga to announce 2022 Matric Results
The Minister of Basic Education, Mrs Angie Motshekga, will announce the 2022 Matric Results on the 19th of January 2022 before the results are publicly accessible to the 2022 Matriculants and the public. The 2022 candidates will receive their results on the 20th of January 2023.
Candidates may fetch their statements from the school or exam centre where they wrote. Partial results may also be accessed on the DBE's website from 7am on Friday, 20 January. No registration is necessary, all that is needed is the candidate's exam number.

Some candidate's results may be excluded from the results published on this website because of technical reasons. If a candidate's results do not show, the candidate should please enquire at the centre where they wrote or district/provincial office.
Learners are reminded that there are several programmes available to improve their results if they want to. The DBE also provides support to learners wanting to improve their results through the Second Chance Matric Programme.
